Susie Cooper England Pair of Twisted Fluting Soup Bowls with Pink Rose and Leaves

This is a charming pair of Susie Cooper England handled cream soup bowls featuring hand-painted pink roses with green leaves, accented by a soft brown scalloped border and fluted swirl body. Each bowl is marked Susie Cooper England/1559 on the base.

The warm ivory glaze and gentle hand-painted details show the signature mid-century English studio style Cooper was known for.

2" T x 6 1/2" W (including handles) x 5" Diameter

Wonderful vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There's gentle age related wear with a few surface marks. Colors are still vivid and the hand-painted details are intact. (See pictures for more detail)
